When I select a course or service does it mean I booked DB2?

When you select a course or service from our offerings, it does not automatically mean that you have booked it. After selecting your desired course or service, you will need to schedule a consultation to provide details about your selection.


What if I don't know what I need?

 DB2 is available to assist you in identifying the best course or service that fits your requirements and goals. It is recommended to schedule a free consultation, and during this session, we will discuss your needs, objectives, and any specific challenges you may be facing. What are your fees?

Each course or service has a specific fee that is dependent on the event, size, and duration, which is discussed at the time of consultation. Advisory fees are a special circumstance that can be discussed during the consultation. Fees will cover the full cost of the course or service, including all materials and resources provided. Additional costs might be associated with specific services, such as specialized materials or optional extras and will be communicated prior to enter into any agreement. 


Can training be created for one of my employees to facilitate?

We are pleased to offer customized training solutions tailored to your needs. Yes, we can create a specialized training program designed for one of your employees to facilitate.


Can DB2 facilitate my content?

Yes, DB2 Consulting can collaborate and facilitate the content you have for your employees. Please schedule a consultation, list the need, and, if applicable, upload any potential information that will help guide the discussion. 


What if I need to cancel my training?

Our cancellation policy includes specific timelines and potential fees. If you cancel within specific timeframe of the scheduled training date, a full refund may be provided. Cancellations made within a shorter timeframe may incur a fee 5% of the service or training scheduled to cover administrative costs. Unfortunately, cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we are happy to accommodate this request at no additional cost, provided we are notified within the appropriate timeframe. We will work with you to find a suitable new date for the training.
