Cancellation Policy

We understand situations happen. In the event of a class or workshop cancellation by the client, any work conducted before the course or workshop in regards to content will be billed in full. A full refund will be provided on the actual cost of the course, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours before the course date, and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course are not entitled to a refund or will result in the deposit being forfeited. If a course requires rescheduling due to the illness of the consultant or unavailability, the course cost will be refunded in full or rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.
